The Challenge
Energy University offers free courses on efficient energy usage and conservation. In 2012, the platform had only 653 users in Brazil, far below the 2,000-user target set by global headquarters in France.
The Approach
With zero incremental budget, I integrated Energy University into every existing marketing action. We distributed brochures at events, embedded the platform into customer touchpoints, and launched a large-scale digital push across social media and direct marketing channels.
The Result
By the end of 2013 we reached 7,467 users, more than 11× the previous year and well above target. The project earned the company's internal 'Best Practice of the Year' trophy.
