Expanding into the government and public sector in the Americas required a highly targeted approach. Traditional demand generation was not effective for this audience, long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders, and strict qualification criteria meant that only highly relevant, well-timed engagement would convert.
I designed and executed a targeted ABM campaign focused on identifying and engaging the right accounts at the right moment. It combined a dedicated public-sector landing page, a webinar-led engagement strategy, LinkedIn campaigns aimed at government decision-makers, and highly personalised messaging aligned with sector challenges. Instead of broad targeting, the strategy focused on precision and timing so every interaction was relevant and contextual.
+45% engaged accounts, $4.2M in qualified pipeline generated, and a 2.1× win rate vs. non-ABM efforts. The campaign also unlocked engagement from previously hard-to-reach stakeholders, strengthened marketing-and-sales alignment for ABM execution, and built a repeatable framework for public-sector campaigns.
