The Challenge
At LinkedIn I led marketing partnerships in EMEA. The KPI was partner adoption, research showed customers using one or more martech partners (HubSpot, Adobe and others) spent up to 3× more on LinkedIn advertising.
The Approach
I led a large EMEA-wide campaign in lockstep with the Americas team and the partners themselves. Together we produced eBooks, advertising assets and videos, then rolled them into an integrated email nurture program.
The Result
Sales adoption rates of partner integrations grew by 23% across EMEA, directly supporting higher advertising spend from adopted accounts.
