The Challenge
Go Green in the City challenges students worldwide to design eco-friendly projects for cities. Launched in 2011, the program saw only 20 student applications from Brazil, disappointing global HQ.
The Approach
On a €5k budget, I built a campus campaign across top Brazilian universities, growing a qualified mailing list of interested students. I then activated HR's apprenticeship database with targeted direct marketing and a coordinated social media push.
The Result
832 student applications submitted, a 41× increase over the prior year, establishing Brazil as one of the top contributing countries for the program.
