The Challenge

Following the GDPR rollout, LiveTiles Europe lost 95% of its database overnight. As part of a small new team, I had to rebuild the foundation, generate opportunities and feed the sales pipeline, fast.

The Approach

I drafted the GDPR policy, launched webinars and email nurture, and rebuilt the campaign and lead infrastructure inside Salesforce and Marketo. With clean data and CRM intelligence I tuned investment by market and tailored messaging by segment.

The Result

Within 12 months, leads grew by 1500% with a 150% ROI, turning a post-GDPR rebuild into the strongest pipeline LiveTiles EMEA had ever produced.
